Ashley Septer
Ashley started as a trimmer for caregivers in 2009. She has helped harvest hundreds of crops before moving into the business as a fulltime trimmer in 2020. Ashley saw the need for more trimmers across the state and decided to partner with some of the top leading females in the cannabis trimming industry. With the drive and passion to grow in the cannabis world, Northern Lightning Hands LLC was born! Since Jan. of 2021, the Lightning Hands have provided excelent work for multiple commercial facilities around Michigan such as; Hytek Detroit, Evolution Grow Company, Peninsula Gardens, Ghostbudsters Farms, Pincanna, Flower Power Detroit, the list goes on. Ashley's drive, heart, and passion to help others is reflected daily on and of site and her determination is unmatched.
Emily Clayton
Emily got her start working for caregivers in the early 2010's. Since then, she has grown to become one of the most sought out and valued persons in the marijuana industry. She is the top operational foreman in the trimming field and has been in charge of running trimming crews of 30 or more people on a job for well over a year. Her main focus while on site is effiency of process, quality of product and success of accounts from start to finish. This business is her passion and it shows in her work.
